We regret to inform you that returns are not accepted. The outfits are made once the order is placed, ensuring a personalized creation for you. Therefore, there is no return. Exchange is applicable for products, except in the case of a defect. Please note that items marked as SALE and CUSTOMIZED are not eligible for an exchange

Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days
• Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
• We will initiate a replacement
Wrong Item Received
• If you receive a wrong item, contact us within 5 days
• We will provide a prepaid return label.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will send the correct one.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange requests beyond 5 days may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders once placed are final, and no cancellations are permitted. Please consider your purchase carefully before proceeding
